ABOUT US
I have been carrying out holistic therapies, teaching and lecturing for over 26 years in a variety of places and to a whole range of people. My experience has taken me into beauty salons, sports centres, public and private sector organisations, charities and voluntary work here in the UK and abroad.
My youngest client is 3 and my oldest is 85. My clients range from those who are dying, to those physically and mentally affected, to war victims and those who just want some down time and pampering. I also treat animals and regularly send distance healing.
I have been a director of a charity providing therapies abroad and I have also been a civil servant covering many different careers involving secretarial, training, human resources, business management, stress management and more. I also have a second business as a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant which I love too!

Heartful Wellness was founded by Yasmin May in order to provide comprehensive services that support and foster the health of our customers. We offer a variety of treatments, classes and services to improve and help you maintain your optimal health.

GRIEF RECOVERY METHOD

Helping Children with Loss Programme for parents/teachers. 4 x 2 hour sessions of educational tools on how to help children who have faced loss. Delivered in school group or privately.
